Shira was my first contact with Centra, she asked my wants and needs and delivered!! She also answered my random questions between first booking and installation. Then came Mike and Ray to install.. who rolled out the" walkway carpet" to the windows to be dealt with, explained step by step what was to take place. Closing every wind barrier as possible, and cleaning everything on their way out the door (and rehanging) some of my blinds for me was more than professional, it was like family. I live in Burnaby and 4 homes in my neighborhood have purchased Windows from Centra over the past 6 months. I must say, your delivery process is first class! When the trucks show up, the level of professionalism and safety standards shown by the drivers in the neighborhood was some of the best I have seen. I am looking to do some home renovations and they all recommended I use Centra as they were very happy overall from point of purchase to the delivery coordination. They also recommended I speak with the Shipping Manager Moe once I purchased my windows to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Rarely do reviews but this one i have to. TJ and Graeson came in the morning as scheduled, all prepared to install 2 and a half windows. Didn’t take any lunch breaks and worked through the morning and afternoon. I think most windows installation companies can do what these guys do but TJ and Graeson were very personable. I asked many questions while they were working and they were very happy to answer them. I had questions and concerns about dust particles and asbestos and they were professional about managing these. All in all, superb job guys!
GREAT WORK from Luke & Taylor! They were professional, personable, receptive to questions and did a great job with the clean up! We LOVE our new windows and ESPECIALLY our new patio sliders!Shout out to Robin & Mike! Great bunch of people! PS…I asked Luke to make it stop raining on my new windows. He’s so good that he made the sun come out! 😉🤣
We are delighted with our new windows and I especially love my new patio door with the built-in mini blinds. The installation team ..Brendan...Barb..& Andre did excellent work. Even our neighbor mentioned what a good and thorough job was done.They arrived on time and worked continuously throughout the two day process .Very personable and easy to talk to. We really appreciate that Brendan helped us put our verticals back up in the high windows as we are both over 70. Yup definitely a 5 star experience 😁
