Bullet Proof installed a new furnace, heat pump and water heater for me and the service they provided was truly exceptional. When I initially called to ask if they could have a look at my broken furnace they had someone at my house in a matter of hours while every other HVAC firm I called told me it would be several days before they could get to me. Responding promptly and effectively to any calls I have made to them continued throughout the installation process. All of the staff I have dealt with; office staff, service men and installers have been polite, helpful, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to deal with. Bullet Proof is clearly a company that puts customer service first. They did a great installation job at a fair price and I am totally confident if I have any problems with my system down the road they will be there for me.
Had a half dozen site visits for an AC install job and Bullet Proof stood way out. You can tell right away that they put a level of care and attention to detail into the work that others don't. The team are conscientious about making the full house system work better, not just installing the AC, taking your money and getting outta there.
