Maestro plumbing were nothing less than excellent. I used them for a heat pump installation in my townhouse and I got to say that they did a fast and clean job. First of all, they met me in my house and explained what are my options. They work with the best vendors and you will be able to see the quality of the equipment and material. Then they gave me a quote which was very fair and reasonable compared to other contractors. Also, they were very helpful with providing me all the documents that I needed to get approval from my strata, and they were extremely patient until I gave them the green light to start. Furthermore, they introduced me to the federal and provincial grants to help with the payments, and they helped me with the paper work and any question I had. The second I told them that they can go ahead with the work, they showed up in the next day ready to roll. Took them only 2 business days to complete the work, hassle free on my end. As the demand for heat pumps is growing, I urge everyone to give them a call and see for yourself what pleasant and professional folks you’ll deal with. You won’t regret it! Mattia was great! We had a call prior to the appointment to ensure he knew what needed to be fixed so there's no wasted time on site. He quoted an hour for the job to change two shower cartridge and HVAC filter and completed the work in an hour. I'm always anxious when looking for new trades, but will definitely call him for future maintenance work. Thank you!
Mattia was awesome. Super responsive from the first day I contacted him and quickly showed up to my home. He went above and beyond and checked everything from the furnace, hot water tank and safety of the home. He did a great job with the plumbing work. Super quick and efficient.
