I can’t speak for everyone at Accuserv, but if they are anything like Vlad, we are all very lucky. Here’s the deal, I spent last summer educating myself about all things HVAC since we are overhauling the mechanical systems in our home as we plan an extensive renovation. Vlad did not disappoint. All of my questions about how centrally ducted systems are right-sized and calculated were answered. I verified the differences between heat gain and heat load. I learned about the importance of window selection is it pertains to uv reflection. I also learned about the importance air returns. In short, Vlad was super knowledgeable and able to answer my all of the questions I still had after doing my own research. I will need to vet HVAC engineers and question there calculations. Vlad helped me build that capacity. I will definitely ask Accuserv for a quote when our construction drawings are ready to go. Thank you.
Habib from AccuServ just fixed our boiler for a fraction of the cost that we were quoted by a competitor. When we called AccuServ, they had a technician (Habib) out to us within a matter of hours and he did a thorough assessment before finding and fixing the problem on the spot. Now the temperature is rising in our house and we are so grateful for AccuServ and Habib - the competitor was going to leave us in the cold for another 3 days! Was having our gas meter replaced and the tech found a small leak in the pipe leading to our water heater. Was advised to call a HVAC company to fix ASAP, so we could get our heat back on.
