I cannot say enough about our experience with A1- Windows, from sales to installation. The installation was conducted very professionally, and they did an amazing job not only with the install but the cleanup. The windows look great, and I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish A1 windows was great. They were the lowest price of many quotes. Attentive when I had questions plus really prompt. The people are outstanding from Robert the estimator to the 2 wonderful installers. As well front end staff were awesome. Our windows look so good, I'm so pleased. I had to replace 22 aluminum frame windows of various sizes at my house. I contacted various companies based in BC. I wanted to replace the windows with triple pane windows to get the federal government loan of up to 40,000 for 10 year interest free. I got in touch with Vikrant who is sales advisor for A1. He walked me through the process and explained that he has done the same for many of his clients. He presented several quotes with new construction replacement and the other option. I decided to go with new construction due to low maintenance but additional cost. My cost was approximately 35k and had to foot 50% cost for advance payment. I had to use credit card for payment but paid off when I got loan from government. Installation crew installed the windows. My exterior is stucco and crew had the waste in gutters. They did not do good job cleaning. When I had to apply for BC energy rebate, I did not have all the window stickers. Vikrant and Manjit provided me the information to submit the grant. Overall good experience except for cleaning.

They arrived on time, worked quietly and diligently to get 9 windows installed. They cleaned up and were very courteous and professional. We would recommend this service.
