I wanted to replace shingles on my new house and I am lucky to have Shane’s service. He is very professional and friendly. I am not familiar with home renovation but Shane explained very well about installing new roof. His crew did amazing work and finished work in a day like magic. I have had a great experience with The Roofing Company. As new homeowners, we had unexpected roof leaks occurring on multiple occasions and Shane has been very prompt with helping us and providing us with an honest quote with what NEEDS to be done, rather than just what COULD be done. I have never felt he wants to upsell us. Shane is very easy to contact and will show up the next day. Very grateful to have found this company, and will continue to work with them going forward.

We had Shane and his crew do our soffit/fascia and eavestroughs this week and are super happy with the results. It looks absolutely amazing. His guys were great, friendly, hardworking and fast!! Pros: Great price! Color is exactly what I imagined (black), really great job capping old windows and making them look good again. Cons: poor/no communication at times, downspouts not sufficient, took months to get the job done, aluminum clippings, nails and screws left all over the property, did not follow requests from owner, slope of trough not correct, VERY poor workmanship and finish result, offered me $50 to remove my bad review. Before having the work done my trough leaked, after having job done, it leaked.
