Ray and his team installed a new two stage furnace and heat pump for us in 2024. Ray is a great communicator and patiently helped us through all the most important decisions. He also pays close attention to detail and ensures the work done is tidy. The team that installed everything was also very knowledgable, communicative, and raised issues as they arose. Ray went to extra lengths to ensure we were happy with the results. Even after the installation, Ray continued to answer questions we had about the new system and resolved all post-installation issues quickly.
A couple of months ago Ray and his team installed a dual fuel heating system (Continental High Efficiency Furnace and Heat pump) at our home after our 12-year old furnace stopped working. His team also made some modifications to the ducting system to improve the flow of air around the house. Coupled with a new Ecobee smart thermostat, our heating system now works very well and our home is very comfortable. The installation was very neat and tidy and completed very quickly. Ray and Total Line have done an exceptional job. We are very pleased with the dual fuel unit, it works great and provides much needed warmth. Looking forward to using the cooling feature in the summer. Ray was very professional, and went out of his way to provide services beyond what was agreed upon in the quote.
