My house got a burst pipe due to the sub-zero temperature. Since I have a Milani membership, I called them for repair, and they could send someone to inspect it within two hours. Fernando was very courteous and arrived on time. He quickly found the leak and did a great job. I’m very satisfied with Fernando’s work.
We had a very good experience with Andrew and Simon. They both were very knowledgeable about what to do and were able to clean all of our kitchen and bath drains instantly. Simon unplugged a bathtub drain that two other plumbers were unable to resolve. They both were friendly and helpful with information as to how to avoid issues in the future. Highly recommend these two.
Having moved into a new place, Fernando came in to inspect all the water supply lines to my appliances (fridge dish, washer... etc), to check/tighten bathroom sinks/toilets, and to install a brand new kitchen faucet. Fernando was immediately friendly and understood what I wanted done and for what reason. He did not waist any time getting to work and was helpful in providing advice for future changes I was considering making. Within an hour Fernando had completed all tasks, showed me what he had done and made suggestions for future. 5 stars speaks for itself!
Andrew and Simon came in to work on our condo as part of strata maintenance (working on multiple units), but when they found more serious problems not related to the maintenance they fixed them too -really appreciate their thoughtfulness and eagerness to help. It's great not having to make another appointment! Kudos to them and would definitely recommend for any jobs
