We had a really positive experience with Canuck Roofing for our roof cleaning and minor gutter downspout repair. Their client care after the cleaning was especially impressive - we had some moss regrowth about 9 months after the cleaning, and Canuck sent their crew few days later to completely re-clean the area. I would definitely work with Canuck for our next roof cleaning.
My experience with Canuck Roofing was exceptional. I canvassed 5 roofing companies and received 5 quotes Canuck provided me a reasonable, justified quote, along with photos and testing results. They communicated the days they would be working, the crew was very respectful of my home, my neighbours and minimized disruption in the neighbourhood. They were on time, worked the full day, as quietly as I believe you can possible be when you are roofing. There was no swearing or yelling or major disruption. My yard and driveway were spotless when they were finished. I could not have been happier with the entire process.

The first class service we received from Canuck Roofing company. Today, our new roof has been completed, we could not be happier, as the whole process was very smooth and enjoyable. We are the long time Burnaby citizens we would love to give our business to our local business. I made the call to Canuck Roofing, the office administrator returned my call promptly and scheduled the representative to do the estimation the next day. Ryan was the person we saw the next day, he was professional and warm and pleasant and efficient. He knows his business and very down to earth when he answered our questions and concerns. His quick and friendly and honest approaches styles have wowed us, we decided not to look further as Ryan has represented his company and make us to believe that Canuck Roofing is one we will go. From the day one when we met Ryan, we have put the trust to the company and later on as we have dealt with many staff , they all provided us with professional services and the respect. Rudy is the leader of the roof replacement project, he and his team showed up early rain or shine, his team worked very hard and efficiently and with friendly smiles. The superintendent Francisco was very helpful in terms of assuring us and explaining things to us and providing the feedback to us. The last not to the least, Ryan, you have touched our heart that when I was mentioning our gutter was so dirty and it has affected the image of our new roof, he came and rolled up his sleeves and he cleaned for us. Now our house looks so beautiful and it is picture perfect, now I can show my friends my “ new home”.
